Service includes:

String trim around all pathways, plantings, and obstacles.
Power blow all paved surfaces included decks, patios, and walkways.
Bi-weekly or upon request available for an additional charge.
Lawn Aeration
Core aeration is one of the most important things you can do for your lawn! Aeration helps control thatch buildup, improves the soil structure, helps create growth pockets for new roots, and opens up a way for water and fertilizer to reach the root zone of your lawn.
We strongly recommend annual core-aeration for your lawn. We use a power core aerator to pull out thousands of tiny “plugs” from your lawn. The holes left in the soil allow water, oxygen, and fertilizer to better penetrate the root zone of the grass. The plugs naturally decompose and further add nutrients to the lawn.
Fall Cleanups
End the growing season properly with a fall cleanup.
Available in October & November, fall cleanups include the following services:
Removal of annuals plantings
Trimming all perennials where and when appropriate.
Leaf Raking
Removal of up to 4 yards of fall debris including leaves and branches. Additional debris removal will be done at $30/yd if necessary.
Mulch installation
Brown, Red, Hardwood, and Cypress – we install it all.
We only use PREMIUM landscape quality mulch! your planting beds with a new, fresh layer of mulch.
Mulch spread 2” thick will help prevent weeds and hold in moisture.
We will accurately evaluate how much mulch you need and will deliver and install.
Spring Cleanups
Start the season off right with our spring cleanup.
Available in April & May, spring cleanups include the following services:
Our professionals will remove all debris, branches, and leaves accumulating as a result of winter.
Flower bed clean out, redefine previous edging around all beds, and mulch turn over and topsoil cultivation.
Trimming and cut back of ornamental grasses.
Removal of up to 4 yards debris. Additional debris removal will be done at $30/yd if necessary.
